FAQs for Dells TimberLand CampgroundAre your sites wooded?As our name Dells TimberLand implies we have lots of trees and our sites very from fully wooded with gravel pads to sunny with cement patios. In general most of the sites are large and wooded. Our reservation operators will be happy to accommodate your site preferences when ever possible. Reserving your campsite early will help to insure that you get the site you want. What are your GPS Coordinates?One of the following formats should work with your GPS Our Google Maps Coordinates are 43.6745,-89.841167 Do you allow pets?Yes, well behaved pets are always welcome at the campground. There are however some places that pets are not allowed in the campground such as Deluxe Rental Cabins. For example Wisconsin Health codes prohibit pets from being in the pool area, campground store and playground. In addition the campground does have some common sense rules about noise, clean up, damage and restraining your pet. Click here for a PDF of the campground policy What should I bring when we reserve a rental unit?You will need your bedding, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, paper products as well as personal items like towels and toiletries. Click here for pictures of a rental Do you sell firewood?Yes, we sell firewood by the bundle in the campground office. You are welcome to bring wood from outside the campground however in accordance with the Wisconsin DNR rules and to prevent the spread of tree killing pests or disease, the wood must be purchase locally. Damage to trees or hunting for firewood in the forest around the campground is prohibited. Click here for a PDF of the campground policy Is the pool heated?Yes, the pool is heated to between 78 and 80 degrees. Do you have cable TV?Yes, each overnight campsite that has electric also has a dedicated cable TV connection. To access the system you will need a length of coax cable to make the connection to your trailer. The TV should be set to CATV, or Cable mode. Then run the automatic channel search on the TV and it will find the channels on the campground system. Listed below is the channels you can expect to find on our system.

When is check-in and check out?Check-in time is after 3:00PM and check out is 1:00PM. We are proud of our clean campsites and although most campers leave the campsite reasonably clean we still like to spend a little time checking the campsites to insure it is ready when you arrive. The staggered times give us a little time to insure a clean and well maintained campsite. Click here for Campsites and Rates info Do you have fishing?We are about one mile from the Wisconsin River and there are plenty of places to fish on public and private lands, however we do not have fishing available at the campground. Click here for Wisconsin Fishing Regulations Do you allow visitors?Yes, as a guest you may have visitors. Visitors must register before entering the campground and must leave by 10:30PM.
