RV, Water and Electric, Basic Tent Campsites 

Campsites range from sunny to full shade and each campsite has a fire ring and picnic table. 

Full Hookup as well as Water and Electric campsites have a dedicated cable TV connection, water faucet and electric pedestal. Electrical hookups range between a 50 amp RV plug, 30 amp RV plug, and a single 20 amp household plug, or in many cases all three. Full Hookup campsites have a sewer connection for the RV sewer. The distance to restrooms varies depending on the location of the campsite however, all campsites are located within 300 feet of a restroom. 

 The Basic Tent Campsite Area is full of large shade trees and is surrounded by heavy woods. Each Campsite has a fire ring and picnic table. Drinking water and dish washing facilities are located nearby to the campsites and restrooms with showers and flush toilets are located a short walk down the road. (About 10 campsites away) Vehicles are parked in a parking lot next to the Tent Area and campers use paths to walk a short distance to the campsites.

Additional Rate Information

Rates are based on a family of 2 adults and up to 6 of their dependent children under age 18 with one vehicle. The charge for additional people, or a day guest is $5.00 per night /day with a maximum of 4 adults per campsite. Visitors will be subject to the day or night fee if they cannot be added to the campsite under the 2 adults and 6 children rates. Holidays have a 3 night minimum. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 1:00 pm. All rates are subject to a sales tax of 5.5% and are subject to change without notice.

Deluxe Cabin – Rates

A roomy 395 square feet of space with a vaulted ceiling. Includes a bedroom with a full size bed and a bunk bed, ½ bath and a living / kitchen area. The living / kitchen area has a table and chairs, fold out love seat / sleeper couch, a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink and TV with cable hookup. Central air conditioning will keep you cool on the hot days and the heat will keep you warm and cozy on cool nights. 

Additional Cabin Rate Information

Reservations for a cabin are accepted with a one night deposit. Deposits can be made by cash or credit card to guarantee the cabin. Deposits paid by credit card will be charged upon making the reservation. The entire deposit is forfeited if you cancel your reservation less than 96 hours before check-in time. A $20.00 handling fee will be charged on all refundable rental cancellations. Pets are not allowed in rentals.

Activities and Amenities

Some families will choose to stay here at the campground and participate in the free activities that we provide. Still other families will take advantage of a combination of both, spending the day in Wisconsin Dells or on the nearby Wisconsin River, then coming back for a dip in the pool or free Hay Rides and Movies. Regardless of where you choose to spend your time, in Wisconsin Dells or at the campground it is our mission to help you make the most of your family time together.

Dells TimberLand Campground is always improving and adding new amenities and activities every camping season. In the 2011 camping season cable TV was added to all of the campsites with electric and for the 2012 camping season a jumping pillow will be added to the list of free amenities at Dells TimberLand Camping Resort.

Campground Store

We have a fully stocked onsite store for your camping needs and accessories. If you have forgotten something at home there is a good chance that it can be rented or purchased from the campground store. Miscellaneous camping equipment like sleeping bags, flashlights or coolers are available.
