Submitting Direct Payments via ACH is a 2 step process.
- Register your information. (Done annually, registration expires 12/31 each year.)
- Submit a Direct Payment Authorization. (Done each time you make a payment.)
Register for ACH (Registration expires on December 31st. each year.)
- A Direct Payment can not be processed without a current registration form on file.
- Participants must re-register annually to continue participating in Direct Payments.
Submit a Direct Payment via ACH
- Payments submitted with an authorization, Wednesday through Sunday before midnight will be submitted for processing the following Tuesday.
- Payments submitted with an authorization, Monday or Tuesday will be submitted for processing the following Tuesday.
- Payments to accounts will be considered on time when the ACH Payment Date is on ore before the due date and or after the submission date.
